Aziza Katili
Associate
Aziza obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law at Pelita Harapan University. Prior to joining HHR as an Associate in 2025, she worked and gained legal practical experiences at two reputable Indonesian law firms in Jakarta since 2020.
She has developed an extensive practice and vast legal practical knowledge mainly on general corporate matters, foreign direct investment, M&A, banking, finance and technology sector. She has been involved in cross border transactions and legal matters representing multinational as well as domestic companies across a diverse range of business lines.
She is attached to the firm’s (i) Corporate, Investment and M&A, (ii) Agency, Distribution and Product Liability, and (iii) Personal Data Protection.
