Pheo M. Hutabarat Invited to Speak at Osaka Real Estate Symposium
Our Pheo M. Hutabarat rocked the stage in Osaka!
Our Managing and Senior Partner, Mr. Pheo M. Hutabarat, was invited by the Japanese Ministry of Justice and International Civil and Commercial Law the International Civil & Commercial Laws Centre Foundation (ICCLC) to the "Symposium on Laws & Practice of Real Estate in South East Asia's Four Countries" held in Osaka on 26 October 2023 - where he presented his paper titled "Indonesian Real Estate Law and Legal Practice."
The symposium was a melting pot of legal minds, where representatives from Indonesia, Philippines, Laos, and Cambodia came together to discuss about real estate laws and practices in each country. And who better to represent Indonesian jurisdiction than our very own Mr. Hutabarat?
