Tasya M. Irawan
Tasya obtained her law degree from Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta, Indonesia in 2020 with cum laude predicate. During her study, she was involved in several student organizations and communities, also awarded as Recipient of Outstanding Student Awards by the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University in 2018. She also participated in an exchange program to the University of Tokyo where she was awarded with a scholarship by the Government of Japan in 2019 and joined a law summer school program at Utrecht University in 2018. Prior to joining HHR Lawyers, she had internships at reputable law firms in Jakarta and Kuala Lumpur. She joined HHR Lawyers and was appointed as an Associate in 2020.
She was involved in various projects as well as transactions in relation to (i) Corporate and Investment; (ii) Banking and Finance; (iii) Capital Market; and (iv) Manpower and Industrial Relations.
- In Corporate and Investment works, she was involved in various tasks; e.g.: (i) assisting both domestic and foreign investment company to setting up their business in Indonesia; (ii) corporate housekeeping matters; (iii) winding up of a company; and (iv) legal due diligence works.
- In Banking and Finance works, she was involved in several projects e.g.: conducting legal review for credit agreements and security documents.
- In Capital Market works, she was involved in several projects, e.g. conducting legal due diligence of a massive automotive company with regard to right issue transaction.
- In Manpower and Industrial Relations works, she was involved in several projects e.g. (i) termination of employment including mass termination and (ii) work permit for expatriate employees.
