HHR Lawyers Promotes Luthfi I. Putera as New Partner

Luthfi has established an exceptional reputation in his over eight years of legal practice, which led him to have in-depth knowledge, especially in complex and cross-border international and domestic litigation and arbitration proceedings. As one of the leaders of the HHR’s Commercial Dispute Resolution practice group, he has represented numerous multinational and Indonesian companies in criminal proceedings, civil court litigations, administrative court litigation, and labor court litigation.
His other specializations are Manpower & Industrial Relations, Technology & Intellectual Property, and Tourism & Real Estate. His extensive background in these fields has allowed him to successfully handle a diverse range of cases. Luthfi will work closely with the other HHR Partners and HHR skilled lawyers to bring innovative strategies and provide the highest professional legal services to the clients.

Luthfi obtained his law degree from the Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, Indonesia in 2014, and had worked with another reputable law firm afterwards. He joined HHR as an Associate in 2016 and was promoted to a Senior Associate position in 2019.
A licensed advocate, Luthfi is a member of the Congress of Indonesian Advocates (Kongres Advokat Indonesia – KAI) and received his license as Receiver and Administrator under the Indonesian Receiver and Administrator Association (Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia – AKPI).
